Jobber holds the request. Nobody answers it until tonight.

Requests come in while you're on a job. Quotes go out and wait. You can't tell whether Google or Angi is paying for itself. We make sure every lead gets an answer in a minute and every quote gets a follow-up.

01 / The gap

Jobber holds the data. People still move it.

Every lead gets logged and answered in under a minute, every quote gets followed up, and you get a weekly report on where jobs come from.

02 / Before → After

Three Jobber jobs that stop being your team's job.

01

Speed to lead

Before

A request comes into Jobber at 10am. You see it at 6pm. They booked someone else at noon.

After

The customer gets a text within a minute, the right person gets notified, and the request is tagged by source.

Response time: 8 hrs → 1 min
02

Quote follow-up

Before

Quotes go out and sit in "awaiting response" until they quietly expire.

After

Friendly follow-ups go out on day 2, 5, and 10 until the customer answers, then stop.

More quotes closed, no extra calls
03

Lead source

Before

You pay Google, Angi, and a yard sign guy, and you can't say which one brings in jobs.

After

Every Monday, a text with leads, quotes, and jobs won by source.

03 / How we connect

Inside Jobber. Not instead of it.

Some of this depends on your Jobber plan and phone setup. We'll tell you what your plan covers, and what it would cost to add, before you commit.

01

Jobber's own tools first

If your plan includes automated follow-ups or texting, we turn those on and tune them before building anything extra.

02

Connected where it pays

Lead source tracking, missed-call text-back, and the weekly report connect to Jobber through its integrations.

03

Built for your phone

Everything you need to see comes as a text or a short email. No dashboards to log into.

04 / Process

Live in 7 days. One price. No surprises.

01 · Day 0 · Free

Observe

A 20-minute teardown. You show us how the work happens today.

02 · Day 1–2

Design

A one-page plan: systems, rules, human checkpoints, fixed price.

03 · Day 3–7

Build

Built inside your tools, tested on real data, nothing to migrate.

04 · Ongoing · Optional

Operate

Walkthrough video and notes. $300/mo if you want us on call.

05 / OperatorWho's behind this

Built by an operator. Years of doing this for a living.

I'm Dak. By day I lead data and integrations at a software company: connecting CRMs, building company-wide automations, and rolling out internal AI tools people actually use.

Seven Seven Ops is the same work, sized for teams of 2 to 50. You talk to me, I build it, and I stay on it until it runs. No account managers. No junior handoffs.

The name is for my daughter, born in 2026. I started this to spend less of my life on busywork. Now I take it off other people's plates.

06 / Questions

Fair questions about Jobber.

Q01Jobber already sends quote follow-ups. Why pay you?

If your plan has it, we'll set it up and you might not need much else. It's often switched off, or set up once and never tuned. We fix that, plus the parts Jobber doesn't cover.

Q02What does 'from $1,200' include?

Instant reply, quote follow-ups, and the weekly report for one location and one lead form. Missed-call text-back or extra locations can add to it. You get a fixed price after the call.

Q03Will customers know it is automated?

The texts come from your business, in your words. Most customers just see a fast reply. You'll approve every message before it goes live.

Q04What happens after it goes live?

You own everything we build, with a short walkthrough video and written notes. If you want us to watch it and make small changes, that's $300/month and you can cancel anytime. Most people keep it for the first few months, then decide.

Q05Where does the AI come in?

Only where it saves real time: summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, pulling data out of emails and PDFs. A person still approves anything that goes to a customer. No chatbots for the sake of chatbots.

Q06Is my data safe?

We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke. We don't copy your customer data anywhere it doesn't need to be, and we'll sign an NDA if you want one.

Q07What happens on the free teardown call?

20 minutes on Google Meet. You show us the task that eats the most time, we tell you how we'd automate it and what it would cost. You leave with a plan either way. No slides, no pitch.
