HawkSoft knows when every policy renews. Your inbox should too.
Suspenses pile up. Quote requests get re-keyed from email. Producers mean to follow up and don't. We build the follow-through around HawkSoft so fewer renewals and quotes slip.
HawkSoft holds the data. People still move it.
Renewal outreach that runs on schedule, quote requests that arrive clean, and AI-drafted follow-ups your producers approve and send.

Three HawkSoft jobs that stop being your team's job.
Renewal reminders
Suspenses fire, get snoozed during a busy week, and the renewal goes out without a conversation.
Clients hear from you at 90, 60, and 30 days on a schedule, and the outreach is logged.
Quote intake
Website quote requests arrive as emails. A CSR re-keys them and emails back for what's missing.
Requests arrive structured. Missing details are requested from the client before a CSR touches it.
Open quotes
Quotes sent last month are nobody's job anymore.
Follow-ups are drafted for open quotes and the producer sends with one click.

Inside HawkSoft. Not instead of it.
Direct HawkSoft integration isn't available for every use. We'll say exactly which path we'd use for your agency on the call.
Fits your workflow
We build around how your team already uses HawkSoft: suspenses, client notes, and reports, without changing your setup.
Connections vary
HawkSoft's integration options depend on its partner programs. We use direct access where available and scheduled exports where not.
Human approval
AI drafts, producers send. Every draft shows the policy facts it used so a producer can check it fast.
Live in 10 days. One price. No surprises.
Observe
A 20-minute teardown. You show us how the work happens today.
Design
A one-page plan: systems, rules, human checkpoints, fixed price.
Build
Built inside your tools, tested on real data, nothing to migrate.
Operate
Walkthrough video and notes. $300/mo if you want us on call.
Built by an operator. Years of doing this for a living.
I'm Dak. By day I lead data and integrations at a software company: connecting CRMs, building company-wide automations, and rolling out internal AI tools people actually use.
Seven Seven Ops is the same work, sized for teams of 2 to 50. You talk to me, I build it, and I stay on it until it runs. No account managers. No junior handoffs.
The name is for my daughter, born in 2026. I started this to spend less of my life on busywork. Now I take it off other people's plates.
Fair questions about HawkSoft.
Q01Does this replace our CSRs?
No. It removes the re-keying and reminder-writing so CSRs spend time on clients instead of copy-paste.
Q02What if HawkSoft changes something?
We build with the least fragile connection available and document it. If something breaks, the $300/month plan covers the fix.
Q03Can you help with our rater too?
If quote data needs to move between HawkSoft and your rater, we'll look at it on the call. Sometimes it's easy, sometimes the vendors don't allow it.
Q04What happens after it goes live?
You own everything we build, with a short walkthrough video and written notes. If you want us to watch it and make small changes, that's $300/month and you can cancel anytime. Most people keep it for the first few months, then decide.
Q05Where does the AI come in?
Only where it saves real time: summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, pulling data out of emails and PDFs. A person still approves anything that goes to a customer. No chatbots for the sake of chatbots.
Q06Is my data safe?
We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke. We don't copy your customer data anywhere it doesn't need to be, and we'll sign an NDA if you want one.
Q07What happens on the free teardown call?
20 minutes on Google Meet. You show us the task that eats the most time, we tell you how we'd automate it and what it would cost. You leave with a plan either way. No slides, no pitch.
Show us the manual work. We'll show you the system.
