Karbon tracks the work. Someone still chases the documents.
New clients get set up by hand. Client requests go out, then someone follows up from their own inbox. "Who are we waiting on?" is a meeting. We connect intake, reminders, and status to Karbon so it runs on its own.
Karbon holds the data. People still move it.
One intake flow that sets up new clients everywhere, plus document reminders that run themselves and stop when the file arrives.

Three Karbon jobs that stop being your team's job.
Client setup
A new client means re-typing the same details into Karbon, the ledger, and the shared drive.
One intake form creates the contact, the first work items, and the folders. Staff review instead of type.
Document chasing
Client requests go out once. Follow-ups depend on someone remembering to send them.
Reminders run on your schedule, in your voice, and stop as soon as the document is uploaded.
Waiting-on visibility
Status lives in work item comments and people's heads. Weekly meetings fill the gap.
Every Friday: which clients are blocked, on what, and for how long, sent to the team.

Inside Karbon. Not instead of it.
What we can automate depends on your Karbon plan and API access. We confirm it on the call before you commit.
Karbon features first
Work templates, client requests, and automators you already pay for get set up properly before we build anything custom.
Intake to Karbon
Your intake form connects to Karbon through its API, so a submitted form becomes a contact and work, not an email to re-key.
Status out of Karbon
The weekly summary reads work status from Karbon and sends a short digest to email, Slack, or Teams.
Live in 10 days. One price. No surprises.
Observe
A 20-minute teardown. You show us how the work happens today.
Design
A one-page plan: systems, rules, human checkpoints, fixed price.
Build
Built inside your tools, tested on real data, nothing to migrate.
Operate
Walkthrough video and notes. $300/mo if you want us on call.
Built by an operator. Years of doing this for a living.
I'm Dak. By day I lead data and integrations at a software company: connecting CRMs, building company-wide automations, and rolling out internal AI tools people actually use.
Seven Seven Ops is the same work, sized for teams of 2 to 50. You talk to me, I build it, and I stay on it until it runs. No account managers. No junior handoffs.
The name is for my daughter, born in 2026. I started this to spend less of my life on busywork. Now I take it off other people's plates.
Fair questions about Karbon.
Q01Karbon already has client requests. What's different?
Most firms use a fraction of it. We set up what Karbon does natively first, then fill the gaps: intake, cross-tool setup, and the weekly status digest.
Q02Will clients need a new login?
No. Clients use the same portal or email links they use today. The form and reminders just arrive at the right time.
Q03Can it work around tax season?
Yes, and we recommend building before it. Reminder schedules can tighten automatically as deadlines approach.
Q04What happens after it goes live?
You own everything we build, with a short walkthrough video and written notes. If you want us to watch it and make small changes, that's $300/month and you can cancel anytime. Most people keep it for the first few months, then decide.
Q05Where does the AI come in?
Only where it saves real time: summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, pulling data out of emails and PDFs. A person still approves anything that goes to a customer. No chatbots for the sake of chatbots.
Q06Is my data safe?
We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke. We don't copy your customer data anywhere it doesn't need to be, and we'll sign an NDA if you want one.
Q07What happens on the free teardown call?
20 minutes on Google Meet. You show us the task that eats the most time, we tell you how we'd automate it and what it would cost. You leave with a plan either way. No slides, no pitch.
Show us the manual work. We'll show you the system.
